摘要 为实现海事管理部门通过网络就可以直观、方便、快捷地获取港口船舶动态数据,文中提出构建基于WebGIS的船舶动态可视化系统.系统采用三层的浏览器/服务器体系结构,并结合海事管理业务设计应用功能.在建立港口地理信息数据库和船舶动态数据库的基础上,运用地理信息系统技术、动态Web技术及数据库技术开发系统的服务器端和客户端应用程序,实现在WebGIS上图形化显示和查询港口船舶动态信息.实际应用表明该系统能有效提高海事管理部门的工作效率. To provide the maritime administration departments the latest data of vessel movement in port through the network in an intuitively,conveniently and rapidly way,the development of vessel movement visualization system based on WebGIS was proposed in this study.In the system,the three-layer Browser/Server architecture was adopted,and the application functions were designed according to the maritime administration services.On the basis of establishment of the port geographic information database and vessel movement database,both the server and client application programs were developed using the GIS technology,dynamic Web technology,and database technology and together.Moreover,the graphical displaying and querying data of the vessel movement in port on the WebGIS were also implemented.The practical application shows that the system can improve the work efficiency of maritime administration services.
