摘要 目的:研究不同浓度肝素对干化学法和酶动力学法测定血氨的影响。方法:将不同浓度肝素分别加入低、中、高血氨浓度的样本中,用干化学法和酶动力学法测定各样本中血氨的浓度,与未加肝素的基础样本比较,观察肝素对两种方法测定血氨的影响,确定采用肝素抗凝样本的最佳浓度。结果:对于干化学法测定血氨,低、中浓度样本肝素浓度≤40 U/ml,高浓度样本肝素浓度≤60/ml时,对血氨测定影响较小。对酶动力学测定血氨,低浓度样本肝素浓度≤40 U/ml,中、高浓度样本肝素浓度≤60 U/ml时,对血氨测定影响较小。结论:采用肝素抗凝血样本测定血氨浓度,肝素浓度需控制在10~40 U/ml以内为宜。 Objective To study the concentration of heparin on the dry chemical and enzymatic kinetic determination of ammonia.Methods Will join Different Concentrations of Heparin Fenbie low,middle and high ammonia concentration in the samples,Yong Dong Lixue dry chemical and enzymatic determination of two methods of observation of heparin on the determination of ammonia,the sample to determine the best use of heparin concentration.Results Dry chemical method for ammonia,low concentration samples of heparin concentration≤40 U/ml,high concentrations of heparin concentration≤60 U/ml sample,the less impact on blood ammonia determination.Determination of ammonia on the enzyme kinetics,samples of low concentration of heparin concentration≤40 U/ml,middle and high concentrations of heparin concentration≤60 U/ml sample,the less impact on blood ammonia determination.Conclusion The use of heparinized plasma ammonia concentration in the sample,the concentration of heparin in 10~40 U/ml should be controlled within suitable.
