Research and application of high speed cutting technology in connecting rod die forging process

摘要 阐述了现阶段连杆锻模加工的主要方法,系统介绍了高速切削技术在加工连杆锻模中的应用。从高速切削技术加工连杆模具的优点着手,介绍了高速加工机床的特点,CAD/CAM设计、制造的优势,加工中关键技术工艺和参数的研究,并通过实际加工出的模具,进一步说明了高速切削的优势,包括生产时间短,产品表面精度高等,最后提出了我国在连杆锻模高速加工中存在的问题和解决方法。 The main technologies of mould manufacturing for die forging were introduced and the utilization of high speed cutting technology in connecting rod die forging process was systematically illustrated.The advantages of this method for making connecting rod mould,the characteristics of high speed machine tool,advantages of CAD/CAM design and manufacture,research on key processing methods and parameters during manufacturing were discribed.On the basis of the sample mould,the advantages of less producing time and higher precision on mould surface of high speed cutting method were further put forward.Finally,the problems in connecting rod mould manufacturing with high speed cutting technology and the corresponding solutions were proposed.
