摘要
髋关节置换是治疗髋关节疾病的一个有效手段,而假体在人体中的摩擦磨损是造成其失效的一个重要原因。借助人工髋关节模拟试验机,模拟髋关节假体在人体内的实际工况、考察假体生物材料的强度、摩擦磨损和蠕变等性能,对髋关节假体在临床中的成功应用是十分重要的。本文设计了能够模拟髋关节接触方式、运动类型、润滑环境和受力状态的摩擦磨损试验机。该试验机对人工髋关节性能的体外研究提供了有利条件。
Hip replacement is an effective treatment for most hip joint diseases.However,the prothesis friction and wear debris in the body are the main causes of the arthroplasty failure.Therefore,it is very important to simulate the working conditions of hip joint prothesis for optimizing its design and choosing biomaterials.In this article,a simple simulator was designed,of which four key aspects,namely the methods of contact,motion,lubrication and stress,were considered.This study would be very helpful for the hip joint prothesis in vitro research.
