摘要
广西的留学生招生工作有着辉煌的历史,今天也仍然保持着不错的发展势头,但还有很多不足,有巨大的潜力可挖。广西在留学生招生工作方面有其自身的优势,也有其劣势;总体上,现行的招生策略相对传统和落后。本文认为,应该将留学生招生工作作为一个科学工程来抓,这涉及三个维度:外部环境、内部条件和内外接口。本文根据三个维度的理论,结合广西的实际情况提出建议。
The foreign students＇enrollment in Guangxi had its brilliant history,and it still remains good developing momentum at present.Although it leaves something to be desired,its enormous latent force is also can be developed.When we analyzed the conditions of foreign students＇enrollment in Guangxi,it＇s not difficult to discover：In Guangxi,developing the foreign students＇enrollment has its unique advantages,as well as its disadvantages;in general,the existing enrollment strategy is relatively traditional and out of date.The author thinks that,the foreign students＇enrollment should be attended to as a scientific projects,and it involves three dimensions：External Environment,Internal Conditions,Internal and External Interfaces.Based on the theory of three dimensions,this article proposes a series of specific proposals in the combination with actual situation in Guangxi.
