摘要
通过对如何管理和利用测绘档案等问题作了较为深入地探讨,在测绘档案管理方面提出了制度规范,对于如何提高测绘档案管理人员的管理水平以及测绘档案馆室的基础设施建设给出了建设性建议,并在测绘档案的归档和使用方面提出了可行性措施,对如何使测绘档案管理工作更加规范,使之走向科学化和信息化之路,做了有益地探索。
This paper discussed how to manage and apply surveying and mapping archives,and put forward rules and specifications for surveying and mapping archives management.Then it presented suggestions on improving the management level of the management professionals and infrastructure construction of surveying and mapping archives.Furthermore,it put forward the feasibility measures on the management and application of surveying and mapping archives.It explored on how to manage surveying and mapping archives in standardization,scientification,and informationization.
