摘要
以聚醚、TDI、MOCA为原料研制了实心轮用浇注型聚氨酯弹性体。讨论了原料、配方和制备工艺对实心轮性能和应用的影响，得到了基本配方和制作工艺。所研制的实心轮性能优异，质量稳定，使用寿命长。
Polyurethane elastomere used for solid wheels were prepared from Polyether polyol, toluen diiso-cyanate and methylene bis- ortho - chloroaniline. The effects of raw maerials, formulation and Preparation techniques on the properties of the solid wheels and application were discussed.The basic formulation and preparation Process were obtained. The solid whees have excellent property, stable quality and longer service life.
