本文介绍了攀成钢二烧环冷机余热回收的工艺流程,简述了余热回收软水器、除氧器、蒸发器等主要设备特点及工作原理,对试生产中出现的除氧器喷水、软水硬度不达标等问题进行了分析并总结了处理方法,对余热回收经济效益和社会效益进行了概算。
