摘要
设计合成了一种醛酮-磺化木质素共聚减水剂(SAF-LS),并采用红外光谱和黏度试验对醛酮-磺化木质素之间的接枝共聚反应进行了论证.对比了醛酮系减水剂(SAF),SAF-LS以及醛酮系减水剂与磺化木质素的冷复配体系(SAF+LS)在净浆、混凝土中的作用效果,证明SAF-LS是一种性能略逊于SAF,但远优于SAF+LS的减水剂.利用SAF-LS和缓凝组分,配制出了坍落度保持性和强度发展均十分优良的强度等级为C30~C50的预拌混凝土.
A kind of sulfonated acetone formaldehyde-sulfonated ligno copolymer plasticizer(SAF-LS) was designed and prepared,and the copolymer of sulfonated acetone formaldehyde and sulfonated ligno of paper pulp liquor was characterized by means of infrared spectroscopy and viscosity test.The effects of sulfonated acetone formaldehyde copolymer plasticizer(SAF),SAF-LS and mixing product of SAF and paper pulp liquor(SAF+LS) on cement paste and concrete were compared experimentally.It is shown that the properties of SAF-LS are nearly the same as that of SAF and much better than that of SAF+LS.Ready-mixed concretes of C30 to C50 are designed and produced with adding SAF-LS and a retarder.
