摘要
矿区产业转型对耕地数量及质量均带来负面影响,随着工业集中化程度的提高,产业转型对耕地数量的影响最为明显。通过分析石家庄(井陉)矿区耕地利用与保护现状以及矿区产业转型对土地利用及耕地保护带来的影响,总结出处于产业转型期资源枯竭型地区耕地保护的对策,即通过科学编制土地利用总体规划及综合整治塌陷地,实现耕地数量与质量的保护。
Mining industry transformation bring negative effects to quantity and quality of arable land.Along with the increase of industrial concentration degree,the influence of mining industry transformation on quantity of cultivated land was the most obvious.Base on the analysis of farmland utilization and protection on Shijiazhuang（Jingxing） mine concession,and the impact of cultivated land protection during the mining industry transformation,countermeasures for cultivated land protection in resources-exhausted areas during mining industry transformation were summed up,i.e.,using the scientific general land use planning and comprehensive improvements of collapsed places to realize the protection of quantity and quality of cultivated land.
