摘要
研究了质量浓度为10~40mg·L-1S3307浸种24h对棉苗生长及某些酶活性的影响,结果表明,S3307浸种明显抑制棉苗胚根伸长,并随用量的增加,抑制作用增强,但能有效地促进棉苗侧根生长,单株干重显著增加,根冠比增大,幼苗根系活力,SOD,POD和NR活性增强,棉苗脚高降低,外观健壮。
A study was carried out on the effect of sinking seeds by S 3307 in concentration from 10 to 40 mg·L -1 for 24 h S 3307 on growth and some enzyme activities of cotton seedlings.The results showed that the longth of embryo root of cotton seedling was obviously controlled by S 3307 ,and the higher the concentration is,the stronger the inhibition is.Neverthless branch root of cotton seedling could be promoted,and dry mater of individual plant increased significantly,and root activity,SOD,POD and NR activity enhanced,height of cotton seedling decreased and the quality raised.
