摘要
中西文化语境的共生激荡孕育着小说的观念新质,传统的雅俗之辩因为异域文化的刺激和小说观念的自我更新,在以雅携俗和由雅回俗的途径中来回奔突,并形成错综复杂的雅俗观念渗透局面。雅俗共赏作为一种追求目标,也逐渐进入文人的研究视野,虽然这一理想境界的探究还不具备彻底解决的条件,但其含义特征和实现的机制已经进入小说家的讨论范畴,标志着小说观念的近代化进程已初步突破传统的雅俗观念框架。
Anew quality of the fictional concept was fostered through the symbiosis of Chinese and Western cultural contexts. Because of the stimulation of foreign culture and the self-renewal of the fictional concept,a complicated situation appeared:the notion of elegance and that of vulgarity permeated each other.As a target admired by scholars and laymen alike,elegance and vulgarity entered the research scope of scholars gradually.This shows that the modernization of the fictional concept had broken through the frame of the traditional idea of elegance and vulgarity.
