摘要
实物档案包括奖品、字画、礼品、印章、证书、徽章等有珍藏价值的纪念物品,是档案中的一个特殊门类,具有形状不规则和载体形式多样的特点、其保存和管理方法与纸质档案有较大区别,本文从实物档案特点出发,提出对实物档案分类著录,采用电子化图像和条形码技术,规范其管理形式的新方法。
The material object archives,they are included prizes,calligraphies paintings,gifts,seals,certificates,badges etc.,and other items to have the collected value of souvenirs,which are a special category of archives in irregular features and with a various carriers,their preservation and management methods possessed very different distinguishment from the paper archives. This paper starts from the characteristics of material objects to propose classification of the recorded files on the material objects to adapt electronized image and the use of barcode technology,to standardize the new methods of its management form.
