高校师资队伍是高校教育工作中的一支重要力量,对整个高校的长远发展起着举足轻重的作用。应将"和谐"观念引入高校师资队伍建设过程中,通过和谐共进的方式来提高高校教师队伍的战斗力,从而促进教学工作的高效开展。
University faculty is an important force in university education and plays an important role in the long-term development of the entire university.The article introduces ＂harmony＂ concept into the construction process of university faculty.We want to improve the fighting capacity of the university faculty by harmonious ways and hence promote the working efficiency of the University faculty.
