摘要
为揭示铝合金切削机理,实现铝合金结构件的高效加工,采用工艺试验和理论分析相结合的方法研究了铝合金加工过程中的表面粗糙度模型。利用建立的表面粗糙度模型预测了给定切削参数下的表面粗糙度,经分析采用准高速段切削参数可保持较小的表面粗糙度。加工实例也表明,采用准高速度段的加工参数可得到良好的加工表面质量。
To disclose the cutting mechanism of aluminum alloy and realize the high efficiency machining of aluminum alloy component,a surface roughness model was established during processing with method of experiment and theoretical analysis.The surface roughness under the assigned parameter was predicted using the model above.The conclusion that using high speed cutting parameters can keep surface roughness well was achieved.The machining examples show that using the high speed cutting parameters can keep surface quality well.
