摘要
综合分析猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)的病原生物学和临床致病特征。PCV2病原生物学研究表明,PCV2在猪的不同生长发育阶段的易感细胞存在差异,可调节单核细胞和巨噬细胞的细胞因子分泌;PCV2存在2个基因亚型,并在ORF2中存在可区分两型的特异性核苷酸序列,PCV2b型为1486-TcAaacCCCGG,PCV2a型为AcC aacAAAAT;我国PCV2分离株与国外分离株同源性不高,推测PCV2在我国存在的时间也比较长,经过多年的流行,病毒发生了变异。在致病特征研究方面,PCV2与多种病原混合感染导致多系统衰竭、呼吸困难、繁殖障碍并可加重腹泻病毒的毒性。
This review summarized the pathogen biological and clinical pathogen study in recent years. The pathogen biological study of the porcine cireovirus type 2 （PCV2） indicated that PCV2 could infect different cells in different ages of pig, and it could regulate the eytokine secretion in monocytes and macrophages also. PCV2 had two genotypes which could be distinguished by the specific nucleotides sequence in the ORF2 frame. The specific nueleotides in PCV2b were 1486-TcAaacCCCGG, and AcCaacAAAAT in PCV2a genotype. There was no high identity between domestic and abroad isolates by sequence analysis which suggested that the PCV2 had existed for a long time in our country and probably it had mutated in some nueleotides. In the pathogenic study, the PCV2 could cause multi-systemic wasting syndrome, sow reproductive failure and porcine respiratory disease complex by co-infection with other pathogens.
