摘要
叙述了用双环戊二烯(DCPD)合成不饱和聚酯树脂的新技术,讨论了工艺条件的控制、影响因素及产品性能.工业试验表明,该工艺路线简单,合成的不饱和聚酯树脂与通用型树脂相比,耐热性能好、固含量高、收缩率低,其他性能不低于通用型不饱和聚酯树脂,具有一定的经济效益.
A new synthetic technique of dicyclopentadiene unsaturated polyester has been narrated, and the control and influencing factors to product properties of the technological conditions have also been discussed. The industrial experiments have shown that, the process is simple, the heat - resistant property of the so synthesized unsaturated polyester is better than that of the general ones, and so did with the high solid component content and low shrinkage of the resin. The properties, other than mentioned above, are also not lower than that of the general unsaturated polyester resin. The title product so synthesized is also a product of proper beneficial result.
