摘要
目的:考察不同生产厂家三黄片中盐酸小檗碱和黄芩苷的含量。方法:按现行补充标准测定盐酸小檗碱含量,并建立HPLC测定黄芩苷含量的方法。结果:考察17个生产厂家28批三黄片,盐酸小檗碱含量合格14批,占50%;黄芩苷含量仅有5批基本符合处方规定,占17.9%。结论:三黄片不合格率较高,质量问题严重,建议增加黄芩苷含量测定项,完善质量标准,以有效监督三黄片产品质量。
Objective： Inspect the content of berberine and Baicalin in Sanhuang Tablets from different manufacturers. Methods： The content determination of berberine by the current supplementary standard, and develop a method for determining Baicalin by HPLC. Re- suits： Investigation of 28 batches of products from 17 manufacturers, the berberine content was qualified in 14 batchs of products, oc- cupied 50% ; The content of Baicalin in only 5 batches of products attain to the basic regulation of prescription, occupied 17.9%. Conclusion：The fraction defective of Sanhuang Tablets is higher, and the quality problem is serious. To increase baicalin content de- termination, and perfect quality standards, is sugested to effectively monitor the product quality.
