摘要 通过建立两个不同的经济增长模型,考察了环境污染、人力资本和经济增长的内在关系。理论分析表明,要使经济增长具有可持续性,必须增加人力资本的积累,实行严格的污染排放标准,提高全社会的环境保护意识,促进环保型生产技术的进步。利用联立方程模型对中国数据进行的检验结果表明,随着经济的发展,中国的环境状况在进一步恶化,污染物的排放已经威胁到长期的经济增长。在未来的经济发展过程中,应保持适度的经济发展水平,重视环境污染的监控和治理,实施有效的以经济激励为主的环境政策。 A simple new classical growth model is developed to analyze the relationship between economic growth and environmental pollution, which proves the existence of the sustained growth path. This model is then endogenized to study the interaction among environmental pollution, human capital and economic growth in the long run. The similar growth path is shown and potent influences of different variables on the sustained growth are examined along the path. On the background of theoretical analysis, a simultaneous equation model is formed to empirically investigate the facts in China. The results show that China's environment is being worsened with the rapid growth of economy. The current economic growth of China is not consistent with the balanced path of sustainable development. The emission of pollutants has been a threat to the long-term economic development. And in the future process of economic development, we need to maintain an appropriate level of economic development, and pay more attention tooenvironmental pollution monitoring and governance, and actively implement effective economic incentive-based environmental policy.
