摘要
发展公共租赁住房已被明确为未来我国住房制度建设的重要工作之一。韩国在这方面有很多的经验以及教训值得我们借鉴。韩国公共租赁住房体系的大力发展,归因于韩国政府采取的"政府引导,融资支持,企业运作,定向供应"的发展原则,其发展政策以及所取得的相应成效对于我国当前的公共租赁住房体系发展政策的制定有着一定的借鉴意义。"他山之石,可以攻玉",对韩国公共租赁住房体系发展历程、主要内容、发展经验和不足等方面内容进行了详细阐述,以期对我国公共租赁住房相关政策的研究制定有所启示。
It has been clear that the development of public rental housing will be one of the important tasks in the future construction of China’s housing system.During last several decades,South Korea has accumulated lots of positive experience and lessons that maybe useful for China.The public rental housing system in South Korea has been developing rapidly during last decade not only its government has put it on the political priority but also it has established a sound framework of financial support and business operation model.These policies are well worth referencing.By providing information of development history and current situations in South Korea public rental housing system,this article aims to stimulate some inspirations to the formulation of relevant policies in China.
