摘要
目的设计并开发基于医疗设备呼叫配送中心工作流的信息化管理系统。方法利用UML建模语言进行系统需求分析,开发来电管理、工单管理、汇总报表和系统管理等功能模块。结果系统的运行使医疗设备呼叫配送中心管理规范化,提高了工作人员的工作效率。结论该系统提高了医疗设备维修的服务质量,对其它医院的医疗设备租用和维修管理也具有一定的参考意义。
Objective To design and develop an information management system of medical equipment base on work flow of call and distribution center. Methods With the use of UML and C++ language, we made a requirement analysis of the system and constructed the function module such as call management, worksheet management and data report. Results The application of the system can improve the standardization of call and distribution center management and the work efficiency. Conclusion The system can enhance the quality of medical equipment maintenance, and can offer a reference to other hospitals.
