摘要
在分析了传统的应用于大负载电流降压式DC-DC变换器电流采样电路主要缺点的基础上,提出一种新的应用于降压式DC-DC变换器的电流采样电路。该方法通过一个电阻电容网络来消除电感寄生电阻的影响,并利用开关电容积分器来实现降压式DC-DC变换器的电流采样,在Chartered 0.35μm CMOS工艺下实现该电路并流片验证。最终的测试结果显示,提出的电流采样电路实现了对降压式DC-DC变换器精确的电流采样。
Based on analyzing the reported current-sensing circuit of high-load Buck DC-DC converter,this paper describes a novel current-sensing circuit,which mainly includes a resistor-capacitor network and switched-capacitor integrator. The resistor-capacitor network is used to eliminate the influence of the parasitic resistor of the inductor,and the switched-capacitor integrator is adopted to realize the current sensing of Buck DC-DC converter.The proposed current-sensing circuit of Buck DC-DC converter has been designed and fabricated in Chartered 0.35 μm CMOS process and the measured results show that the circuit presented in this paper can realize current-sensing of Buck DC-DC converter exactly.
