摘要
依据《2010年上海世博园区供水系统规划》,运用EPANET软件建立了园区室外供水系统水力模型,确定了园区消防重点防护区域和消防薄弱点,并将其作为园区消防供水能力评估的控制点,通过参数的优化组合,确定评估园区室外消防供水能力的合理工况,并对消防工况进行模拟。结果表明,世博园区市政供水具有较强的消防供水能力,各典型消防工况显示,核心场馆具有足够的室外消防供水压力,即使在极端不利的情况下,即中国馆、演艺中心、公共活动中心及主题馆四处核心场馆同时发生火灾,室外市政供水压力及其水量亦能保证消防需求,且最大供水压力的降幅低于3%,满足《世博会临时建筑物、构筑物防火设计标准》的要求。
Based on the Planning of Water Supply System of 2010 Shanghai World Expo Park, a hydraulic model for the outdoor water supply system was built by EPANET. The major fire control districts and vulnerable segments were established and set as the evaluating points for outdoor fire control water supply ability. The most logic and typical situations were determined by optimizing these selected evaluating points, and then the simulations were carried out. The results show that the Shanghai World Expo Park has strong ability of fire control, especially the core pavilions including China Pavilion, Cultural Center, Public Activity Center and Theme Pavilion. Even if fires occur simultaneously in the four places, the outdoor water supply system can still ensure the fire control demand, and the maximum water supply pressure is decreased by lower than 3 % , which meets the requirement of Design Standard for Temporary Buildings and Structures for Shanghai World Expo.
