A Review of Fine - root Productivity of Forest

摘要 细根是地下生态过程的核心,细根的形态变化直接影响养分和水分的吸收及利用效率。因此,正确认识细根的生产和周转对科学指导生产实践以提高森林生态系统生产力具有重要意义。细根的定义目前还不确定,通常指直径小于2mm的根。细根形态会影响细根的养分吸收能力和细根周转。文中阐述了细根生物量和生产力的研究进展,介绍了挖掘法、土钻法和微根管法等细根的主要研究方法;最后讨论了我国细根研究中的一些不足,指出细根研究的一些发展趋势。 Fine - root plays an important role in the energy flow and material recycling in forest ecosystem. Therefore,it is important to understand the production and turnover of fine - root for enhancing the forest ecosystem productivity. Fine - root is not well defined,mostly referring to those≤2 mm in diameter. The morphology of fine - root affects its nutrient absorption and turnover. This paper introduced the research progress of the biomass,productivity and turnover of fine-root and described the research methods of fine - root: excavation,soil coring and the minirhizotron technique. At last,the paper discussed the shortages and the trends of the fine - root research.
