摘要
以20.83 tex和14.70 tex山羊绒单纱为试验材料,确定5个不同的捻系数比,羊绒单纱分别反向加捻成20.83 tex×2和14.70 tex×3的纱线,在横机上编织纬平针织物,分析捻系数比对扭斜角的影响。试验结果分析表明,捻度是影响扭斜的主要因素,二者呈显著的线性关系,扭斜角随捻系数比的增大而减小,20.83 tex×2织物捻系数比为0.787时,织物的扭斜角为0°;14.70 tex×3织物的捻系数比为0.734时,织物的扭斜角为0°。
Using cashmere yarn of 20.83 tex and 14.70 tex as testing material,it defined five different ratio of twist coefficient in the test.Yarn of 20.83 tex and 14.70 tex were twisted yarn of 20.83 tex × 2 and 14.70 tex × 3,which were knited the plain fabrics on the knitting machine.It analyzes the effect of the twist on the spirality degree.The research results showed that there was a linear relationship between the spirality degree and ratio of twist coefficient.Spirality degree will reduce with increasing of ratio of twist coefficient.The spirality degree of knitwear of 20.83 tex × 2 was zero degree,while ratio of twist coefficient was 0.787.The spirality degree of knitwear of 14.70 tex × 3 is zero degree,while ratio of twist coefficient was 0.734.
