摘要
优化钢渣处理工艺,理顺管理程序,实现渣处理逐渐达产。通过优化配料、改善操作、强化管理等措施,在保证烧结机和高炉正常生产的前提下,实现了合理利用转炉回收渣钢,取得了可观的经济效益。
By means of optimizing the treatment of steel slag and putting management process in order, design capacity of the recycling equipment was reached. Through optimizing burden system, improving methods of operation and strengthening management, the recycled slag-steel was utilized reasonably and the considerable economic benefits were obtained without having negative effect on sintering and ironmaking.
