With the development of economy and the intense market competition, the low operating cost of the enterprise is getting more and more significant. At present, most enterprises are conducting the activities of decreasing cost and increasing efficiency. Therefore, strengthening procument management and reducing the purchase cost have become the major part of the enterprise value chain, and has more important significance to promote the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Strategic procurement plays an important role in materials purchasing, and is also crucial to lower the procurement cost.
