摘要
目的:探讨派尔特直线型吻合器和直线缝合器在肺叶切除术中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析16例采用派尔特直线型吻合器和直线缝合器的肺叶切除患者的临床资料。结果:经过治疗后,无手术死亡,全部治愈出院。结论:肺切除时支气管处理采用派尔特直线型吻合器和直线缝合器安全、可靠、省时,值得临床推广。
Objective： Studying the application analysis of panther linear stapler and linear staplers in the lung resection. Methods： A retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 16 patients with panther linear stapler and line closure device lobectomy in lung resection patients. Results：After treatment,an operative deaths,all cured. Conclusion： Treatment with bronchial pulmonary resections to Panther linear stapler and suture line are safe and reliable ,saving time,worthy of promotion.
