摘要
应用放射免疫测定法分别测定了6周不同负荷训练后大鼠下丘脑、垂体和血浆β内啡肽(β_EP)、强啡肽A1—13(DynA1_13)、精氨酸加压素(AVP)以及缩宫素(OT)含量的变化。结果发现,与对照组比较,大鼠6周过度负荷训练后,下丘脑和外周血中βEP含量明显升高,DynA1_13含量在下丘脑和垂体水平明显升高,OT和AVP含量在下丘脑和外周血中均明显升高,但垂体水平AVP含量明显低于对照组。6周一般负荷训练引起下丘脑、垂体和外周血中βEP、DynA1_13、AVP和OT含量一定程度的变化,但与对照组比较无统计学意义。结果表明:6周过量负荷训练造成大鼠下丘脑、垂体和血浆内βEP、DynA1_13。
The contents of β EP,Dyn A 1_13 ,AVP and OT in hypothalamus,pituitary and plasma were measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA) after the rats were swimming at various loads for 6 weeks.It was shown that the β EP contents in hypothalamus and plasma,the Dyn A 1_13 contents in hypothalamus and pituitary and OT and AVP contents in hypothalamus and plasma were significantly increased in the over_loaded rats compared with those in the control rats,whereas the AVP contents in pituitary were greatly decreased.A slight changes in β EP,Dyn A 1_13 ,AVP and OT contents in hypothalamus,pituitary and plasma were observed in the moderately loaded rats with no statistical significance.The results suggested that the six_week over_loaded swimming training strongly could affect the contents of β EP,Dyn A 1_13 ,OT and AVP in hypothalamus,pituitary and plasma in rats.
