摘要
结合环境监测工作实际,应用国标经典分析方法——GB7467-1987《二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法》对水和废水中六价铬测定进行系统研究。深入探讨运用该方法进行水和废水中六价铬测定中的一些关键操作技术问题。指出在标准分析方法的基础上,选用最新生产的合格的二苯碳酰二肼试剂,初步了解水样来源,尽量弄清所含成分,准确进行干扰消除,适当改进国标分析方法,能够确保水样六价铬测定的精密度和准确度。
Combined with the work practice of environmental monitoring,the application of the national standard classical analytical method———"The 1.5Diphenylcarbohydrazide Spectrophotometric Method"(GB7467-1987) to the determination of chromium(Ⅵ) in water and wastewater was studied systematically.Some key operating technology issues in the determination of chromium(Ⅵ) in water and wastewater by using this method have been analyzed in depth.It was pointed out that on the basis of standard method,chosing the latest produced and qualified 1,5-diphenylcarbazide reagent,getting the preliminary knowledge on the origin of water samples,trying hard to ascertain the containing ingredient of water samples,removing the interference accurately,making appropriate improvements to the national standard analytical method can guarantee the accuracy and precision in the analysis of chromium(Ⅵ) in water samples.
