摘要
目的寻找肾病综合征伴重度腹水患者的肾脏活组织检查方法。方法患者取侧卧位，在Ｂ型超声引导下采用肾脏活组织检查枪在腋中线１２肋下经腹腔进行肾穿刺。结果７例上述患者均成功地进行肾脏活组织检查，及时明确了病理诊断。结论侧卧位经腹腔肾穿刺是一种安全、可靠的肾脏活组织检查法。
Objective To find a method of percutaneous renal biopsy
in patient with nephrotic syndrome and massive ascites. Methods The patients were positioned
comfortably and laterally.The PROMAG biopsy system was used under the guidance of
ultrasound. Results Successful renal biopsies were done in all this kind of 7 patients without
severe complications. Conclusion Renal biopsy can be successfully performed with the
PROMAG biopsy system under the guidance of ultrasound in patients with nephrotic syndrome
and massive ascites in the lateral position.
