摘要
目的调查军校护理学员的心理状况,追踪分析其发展水平。方法应用大学生人格问卷(UPI)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ),比较一年级护理学员相对于一年级其余专业学员的心理特点,并每隔半年应用UPI、SCL-90对一年级护理学员进行测试一直到实习前。结果一年级护理学员和一年级其余专业学员两两比较,UPI、SCL-90分值较低,E分较高(Z=12.56、10.24和9.76,P<0.05),在观察的两年时间里,其SCL-90分值逐渐下降(H=24.79,P<0.05)。结论军校护理学员的心理水平高于其余专业学员;在校学习期间,其心理水平不断得到提高。
Objective To investigate the mental states of nurse students in military university and continually analyze their developmental levels.Methods Using UPI,SCL-90 and EPQ,the mental levels of nurse freshmen were compared with freshmen of other specialities.And nurse freshmen were tested with UPI and SCL-90 every 6 months till exercitation.Results The scores of UPI,SCL-90 of nurse freshmen were lower than those of freshmen of other specialities,while the score of E of them was higher(Z=12.56,10.24 and 9.76,P〈0.05).Both UPI and SCL-90 scores of them fell gradually in the observed two years(H=24.79,P〈0.05).Conclusion The mental levels of nurse students in military university are higher than the others and go up continally on campus.
