摘要
技术竞争情报可以为技术创新提供强有力的支持。为了推动技术竞争情报的发展,进一步促进技术创新,北京大学和北京市科学技术研究院主办了＂技术创新与技术竞争情报国际论坛（2008）＂。许多国内外知名情报学专家参加了论坛,并发表了演讲或论文。本文通过对技术创新与技术竞争情报国际论坛（2008）上发表的论文进行分析、总结,描述了当今技术创新中技术竞争情报研究新的理论、方法和应用,阐明了技术创新和技术竞争情报研究中出现的新趋势,并讨论了当前研究中的热点和存在的问题。
Competitive technical intelligence provides powerful support to technical innovation.In order to give an impetus to the development of competitive technical intelligence and technical innovation,Peking University and Beijing Academy of Science and Technology sponsored an international forum of technical innovation and competitive technical intelligence in October,2008. Many famous experts of information science took part in the forum,gave a lecture,or submitted their papers.Based on the analysis and summarization of the papers in the Proceedings of the International Forum of Technical Innovation and Competitive Technical Intelligence（2008）,this paper depicts the new theories,methods,and applications coming forth in the research of Technical Innovation and Competitive Technical Intelligence.Meanwhile,the new development direction of this research area and problems existed is also discussed in the paper.
