摘要
如何创造一个适宜的整体空间环境，是本工程的设计立意，加强建筑的城市观念，强调空间是建筑的主角，针对外部环境内部化的思路，使建筑在功能、交通、环境、空间以及景观效应等方面具有群体性，寻求更丰富和更有效的建筑和城市空间结合的方式。
This project aims at creating a suitable and comfortable integrated space and environment, which strengthens the urban concept of the building and emphasizes the leading role of space in the building. In order to internalize the external environment, the designer attempts to integrate function, route, environment, space and visual effect into one so that the building and the urban space can be combined in a richer and more efficient manner.
