摘要
本文是作品是１０年来在深圳所做华侨城高层住宅设计的总结。文章从住宅群的环境设计及住宅平面设计两个方面进行细致分析，并介绍了许多高层住宅设计的经验。
Overseas Chinese Town faces the Shenzhen Bay in the south, its background being undulating hills in the north. The beautiful landscape and the easy transport make it an ideal place of living. For a decade since 1988, Huasen Company designed 24 high rise residences at the Overseas Chinese Town with a construction area of 720,000 square meters. 18 of these residences have been completed and put into use. Marketing shows that these buildings promise good economic benefits. The sold residences have received favorable comments from residents, the Employer and the construction departments concerned. We put our emphasis on environment and general layout. As far as environment is concerned, all the high rise residences that we design can have a view of the sea. A large area of greening space, a swimming pool and other recreational facilities are designed by making use of topographical differences. The external form of the residences carries a sweet and pleasant color and look very lively. As for the general layout, each residence usually covers an area of about 100 square meters. Their functions and facilities are all complete. With the enhancing of peoples livelihood and residential commercialization, the difficulty in residential design is also increasing. Architects now have to work harder than before.
