摘要
利用响应面法优化了微波提取竹节参总皂苷的工艺条件。在单因素实验的基础上,选定料液比、温度和时间3个因素的3个水平进行中心组合实验,建立竹节参总皂苷得率的二次回归方程,通过响应面分析及岭嵴分析得到优化组合条件。研究结果表明:当提取工艺条件为料液比1∶13,提取温度65℃,提取时间4.2 min时,竹节参总皂苷得率达到极大值。该条件下竹节参总皂苷得率预测值为23.94%,验证值为24.19%。
Optimization of the microwave extraction conditions for total saponin of panax japonicus by response surface analysis in this paper.According to the single-factor experiments,three levels of the factors(extraction temperature,time and ratio of dosage and liquor)were selected for the central composite design to establish a quadric regression equation for describing the yield total saponin of panax japonicus.By response surface analysis,the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows: extraction temperature of 65 ℃,time of 4.2 min and ratio of dosage and liquor is 13∶1,under which the highest yield of total Saponin reached with estimated value and verified value being of 23.94% and 24.19%,respectively
