摘要
简述了优化钴钼系新旧催化剂混装工艺的必要性;从测温点配置、硫化副线设置、分离器设置等方面优化了新旧催化剂混装时的升温硫化流程;从温度控制、二硫化碳氢含量控制、循环煤气中氢含量控制等方面阐述了两段混装催化剂硫化过程的控制要点;针对不同的低变工艺流程以及操作温度、运行汽气比、预防催化剂失活等因素,提出了中低低变换工艺时两段新旧催化剂的混装方式。
Author has briefly described the necessity for optimizing mix filling process of the Co-Mo new/old catalysts; author has optimized the heating sulphurization flow in case of mix filling the new/old catalyst from aspects of configuration of temperature measuring points, arrangement of by-line for sulphurization and arrangement of separator etc. ; has described the control gist in process of sulphurization of mix filling the catalysts in two stages from aspects of temperature control, hydrogen content control of carbon disulfide and adding quantity control of circular coal gas ; has presented the mode of mix filling new/old catalysts in two stages in case of middle/low temperature shifts in allusion to the different low temperature shift process flow and the factors of operating temperature, running steam/gas ratio and the prevention from activity failure of the catalysts and so on.
