摘要
俄语教育在中国已走过了近三百年的历程,大致经历了初期、建国前后期、改革开放后。期间有成功的经验,也有失败的教训。俄罗斯文馆是中国俄语教育的开端;同文馆(京师同文馆)代表中国俄语教育的发展阶段;规模化阶段在中华人民共和国成立后,具有骤增骤减到理智的快速平稳发展的特征。在本世纪,中国俄语教育"新高潮"迎来了有利的发展环境:政治与政策、宣传与活动、经济与贸易等;在新环境下要吸取过去的经验教训——俄语不是职业而是一种对外工具,注重实践与运用。
In China,the education of the Russian language has a history of nearly 300 years:initial stage,around the set-up of P.R.C.,after the reform and opening up,which experienced success and failure.The Russian School in Beijing was the initiation of the education of the Russian language in China;School of Combined Learning represented the developing stage;its scalization was after 1949,characterized by from large scaling up and down to fast and steady increasing. The new century comes up with some beneficial environment for the"new upsurge"–suitable politics and policies,propagandas and activities,economic and trade exchanges,under which it is important to learn from the past and keep alert to that Russian is not a career,but a tool for communication,and that practice and application should be emphasized.
