摘要
云南武定地区的电炉钛渣品位一般在70%~85%,试验选用品位为71.91%的钛渣为研究对象,将其与碳酸钠焙烧得到中间产物,后对中间产物进行水洗,酸溶,还原,水解,得到品位为97%左右的富钛料,该方法能使钛氧化物的产率最高达到89.51%,用以满足沸腾氯化法生产钛白粉和海绵钛的需要。试验主要研究碳酸钠和钛渣的混合焙烧阶段,通过试验确定出适宜的煅烧条件为925℃,3h,碱矿比为1.5:1。
The TiO2 grade of electric furnace titanium slag in Wuding, Yunnan province is 70% -85%. The selected titanium slag, whose grade was 71.91% in this experiment, was mixed with sodium carbonate and roasted, and the intermediate product was obtained. Then it was washed, dissolved with acid, deoxidized, hydrolysised, and the titanium -rich materials at the grade of 97% were gotten. This method could make the yield of titanium oxide up to 89.51% at the most, and meet the need of producing titanium dioxide and titanium sponge by fluidized chlorination process. The roasting stage of the mixture of sodium carbonate and titanium slag was studied in this paper, by testing, the optimal roasting condition was confirmed at 925 ℃, 3 hours, alkaline slag ratio 1.5: 1.
