摘要
介绍特种无心车床导向机构仿真模型的建立过程,利用ADAMS系统进行运动过程的仿真,并通过后处理过程绘制出力学和位移仿真曲线。仿真结果表明设计的导向机构的位移特性符合设计要求;采用蝶形弹簧,滚轮对工件的夹紧力可以按照要求进行调节,满足夹紧要求且使结构更紧凑。通过仿真可更直观地观察运动过程,分析运动特性,节约大量的试验和试制时间,为后续设计和分析提供参考。
The building-up process of the simulation model of the guide mechanism of the special centerless lathe was introduced.Motion process simulation was made by ADAMS.The curves of mechanics and displacement simulation were plotted with postprocess in ADAMS.The simulation results show that the displacement characteristics of the guide mechanism is accorded with the design requirements;with butterfly springs,wheel clamping force on the workpieces can be adjusted according to the requirements and the structure is more compact.With the simulation,the motion process and characteristics can be observed and analyzed,a lot of trial and trial-manufacture time are saved.
