摘要
目的:研究冬虫夏草与虫草发酵菌丝体的高效液相指纹图谱。方法:利用高效液相色谱法,梯度洗脱,测定冬虫夏草与虫草发酵菌丝体样品,色谱条件为:Agilent C18色谱柱(4.6mm×25mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速0.5mL/min,检测波长260nm。结果:测定冬虫夏草与虫草发酵菌丝体指纹图谱中共有6个峰为共有峰,并确定其中的3个色谱峰分别为尿嘧啶、腺苷、虫草素。结论:本研究所建立的方法可作为虫草发酵菌丝体质量标准制定的参考依据。
AIM: To study Cordyceps sinesis and its cultured mycelia by HPLC.METHODS: An HPLC established for the fingerprints of cordyceps sinensis and its cultured mycelia was performed on an Agilent C18(4.6 mm × 25 mm,5 μm)as column and acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution in gradient as mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.5 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was set at 260 nm.RESULTS: There were 6 common peaks in HPLC fingerprint of Cordyceps corensis and its cultured mycelia,three of which were determined as uracil,adenosine,cordycepin.CONCLUSION: The method can be used for the study of fingerprints of cultured mycelia.
