摘要
综述了植物悬浮细胞培养的原理、培养类型、不同植物悬浮细胞培养基的配方和培养方法.同时阐述了悬浮细胞系在细胞生物学和分子生物学领域中的应用前景.
Advances in the principles of culturing plant suspension cells and its cultivated types,different formulations for the cultivation medium and cultivation methods were reviewed.At the same time,the applications of suspension cell lines in the cell biology and molecular biology aspects were also presented.
