摘要
在室内采用点滴法测定了几种杀虫剂和增效剂以不同比例混配对粘虫3龄幼虫的毒力及其增效作用。结果表明,3种供试药剂单用时对粘虫的毒力从大到小的顺序为辛硫磷>丁硫克百威>双甲脒,其LD50值分别为每虫0.0196,0.0264和1.222μg;丁硫克百威分别与辛硫磷(1∶4)、双甲脒(1∶1)及增效剂PB(1∶1和1∶4)混用,辛硫磷分别与双甲脒(1∶1)和PB(1∶1)混配对粘虫均表现出较高的增效作用,其共毒系数分别为143.7、158.38、148.00、137.57、231.52、143.16和151.86。
Bioassays were applied to estimate the toxicities of some insecticides and their
synergist against the third instar larvae of oriental armyworm, Mythimna separata Walker, in
the laboratory. The results showed that phoxim was the most toxic towards the insect, followed
by the other two insecticides carbosulfan and amitra. Their LD50 values were 0.0196, 0.0264
and 1.222 g per insect, respectively. High synergism was observed with the following mixtures:
carbosulfan plus phoxim (11and 14), carbosulfan plus amitra(11), carbosulfan plus PB(11 and
14), phoxim plus amitra(11), phoxim plus PB(11), and their cotoxicity coeffients were 143.70,
158.38, 148.00, 137.57, 231.52, 143.1 and 151.81 respectively. Besides, synergistic
mechanisms of binary mixtures of insecticides and their roles in the integrated resistance
management were discussed in this paper.
