摘要
将多菌灵、硫磺原药按不同比例混配,在室内对小麦赤霉病菌(Fusariumgraminearum)和稻瘟病菌(Pyriculariagrisea)进行毒力测定。结果表明,不同比例混配的多硫对2种病菌菌丝生长速率均有明显的抑制作用,各配比与单体多菌灵和硫磺相比,有显著增效作用。在多菌灵和硫磺之比12.5∶12.5,15∶10和10∶15的3种混剂中,对小麦赤霉病菌的共毒系数分别为118.2,106.5和98.2;对稻瘟病菌的共毒系数分别为105.6,101.1和98.1。3种混剂的EC50值,对小麦赤霉病菌分别为3749μg/L,3565μg/L和5389μg/L,单体多菌灵和单体硫磺分别为2415μg/L和26800μg/L;3种混剂对稻温菌的EC50,分别为3375μg/L,3228μg/L和4007μg/L,单体多菌灵和硫磺分别为2436μg/L和6640μg/L,试验证明,25%(12.5∶12.5)的多菌灵、硫磺混剂共毒系数最大,增效最明显,为最佳配比。
In this research,the toxicity of several
mixtures,which were made by mixing up two original medicines (Baristin,Sulphur) according to
different proportions,has been tested on F.gramineaurm andP.grisea in the laboratory
respectively.The results show that each mixture of different proportion has inhibition effect to
the growing hypha and has notable synergistic effect compared to monomer Boristin or Sulphur.
Among the three mixtures with the proportions of Baristin to Sulphur being 12.512.5,1510 and
1015, the CTC of each mixture to F. graminearum is separately 118.2,106.5 and 98.2, and to
P.grisea is 105.6,101.1 and 98.1. The EC50 value of each mixture to P.graminearum is 3749
g/L, 3565 g/L and 5389 g/L, while the EC50 of monomer Baristin value is 2415 g/L and of
mononer sulphur is 26800 g/L; to P.grisea,the EC50 value of each mixture is 3375 g/L, 3228
g/L and 4007 g/L, while that of mononer Baristin is 2436 g/L and of mononer sulphur is 6640
g/L.Therefore the research suggests that the mixture
