摘要
用Nissl(尼氏)染色观察了牛蛙脊髓的组织学结构。观察到脊髓横切面上灰质与白质分界明显,灰质呈典型的蝶形分布,灰质前角有大型的运动神经元,中央管壁由假复层立方上皮样室管膜细胞紧密排列而成,无灰质前连合;白质分为腹侧索、背侧索和外侧索。脊髓前面有宽而明显的前正中裂,后面有浅而不明显的后正中沟。
The histological structure of the spinal cord in bullfrog Rana catesbeiana was observed by the use of Nissl staining. It is observed in the spinal cord from the horizontal section with clear boundaries of gray and white matters, which gray matter showed a typical butterfly distribution with large motor neurons in the front comer and the central wall by pseudo- stratified cuboidal epithelium-like ependyml cells formed tightly arranged without gray matter before the link. White matter is divided into the ventral cord, the dorsal cord and lateral cord. The anterior median fissure is broad and obvious, but the posterior middle groove is shallow and unobvious.
