摘要
高职院校的校企合作不仅是一种经济合作,还是蕴含"高文化与政治附加值"的合作。它的合作主体可细分为学校领导层、教师、学生、企业高管和企业员工,这种主体多元化的合作必然带来利益冲突,这是第一层伦理困境;第二层则为技术伦理困境;第三是企业组织文化困惑。这三种伦理冲突为校企合作带来各自不同的影响。面对伦理困境的"校企合作"归属:目的是扎根于现实社会中的精神财富;途径则选择仪器设备之外的高等价值质;结果是师生劳动文化的熏陶与精神财富的增长。
The co-operation between Vocational colleges and enterprises is not only an economic co-operation,but also "high cultural and political value-added" co-operation.Its body can be broken down into school leadership,teachers,students,business executives and employees,which will inevitably bring about the diversification of cooperation conflicts of interests,and this is the first ethical dilemma;the second is technical ethical dilemma;the third is enterprise organizational culture confusion.To face the ethical dilemmas in school-enterprise cooperation,it needs to realize such things:the aim is to take the spiritual wealth which rooted in reality of our society,the way is selecting the higher value quality than the equipments,and the result is teachers and students acquired labor cultural wealth and spiritual growth.
