摘要
高职教育校企合作既是一种办学模式,也是一种人才培养模式。培养合格的应用性技术人才必须依靠校企合作。在校企合作方面,可以吸收国际职教界的经验教训。校企合作能让企业、学校、学生和社会各方受益。校企合作需要校企双方互动并积极参与,责权相应,互利互惠。高职教育需要深层次的校企合作。校企合作需要构建有利于应用型人才培养的工程训练环境。校企合作可以让学校获得企业在技术、人才、师资、信息和教学实践等教学资源方面的支持。
School-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education is a kind of educational model as well as a training model.It must rely on school-enterprise cooperation for cultivation of qualified talents in applied technology.In the school-enterprise cooperation,it can absorb the lessons from international vocational education.School-enterprise cooperation enables businesses,schools,students and the community to benefit all.Cooperation between the two sides needs school enterprise interaction and active participation of the corresponding responsibilities and rights,mutual benefit and reciprocity.Vocational education needs in-depth school-enterprise cooperation.There is a need for school-enterprise cooperation to establish environment of project training for the advantages of cultivating application-oriented talents.School-enterprise cooperation allows schools to access businesses in technology,personnel,teachers,information and teaching practice,and other teaching resources support.
