摘要
针对华能铜川电厂一期2×600 MW机组协调控制系统存在的锅炉主蒸汽压力控制滞后,不能满足电网快速变动负荷的质量指标要求的问题,对该控制系统进行了优化。将负荷预估信号动态地叠加到原协调控制系统的锅炉蒸汽压力控制回路中作为直接能量平衡前馈信号,从而提高了机组协调控制系统对负荷变化的响应速度。自动发电控制(AGC)试验表明,优化后的机组协调控制系统负荷适应能力强,响应速度快,各主要运行参数稳定。
Directing against the problems existing in the coordinated control system of 2×600 MW units in first-phase project of Huaneng Tongchuan Power Plant,i.e.having time delay in main steam pressure control for boilers,being unable to satisfy the requirement of quality index for rapid load variation in the power grid,the optimization of said control system has been carried out.The dynamic state of load-preestimating signal is added into the circuit of boiler steam pressure control of the original coordinated control system,and acting as a feed-forward signal of direct energy balance,and thereby to enhance the response speed of coordinated control system for units to the load variation.Test of automatic generation control(AGC) shows that the coordinated control system of units after optimization has strong load adaptability and fast response speed,the main operating parameters all are stable.
