摘要
目的观察米非司酮在人工流产术中的临床效果。方法 130例要求人工流产终止妊娠的早孕妇女随机分为观察组和对照组各65例,观察组在术前12h口服米非司酮50mg,服药前后2h禁食;对照组术前不服用米非司酮,只常规行无痛人工流产术。观察2组术中镇痛效果,宫颈软化及扩张情况,手术时间及术中出血量。结果观察组镇痛总有效率和宫颈松弛优良率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮用于无痛人工流产,能充分改善宫颈松弛度,缩短手术时间,且无明显的不良反应,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe clinical effect of mifepristone in abortion.Methods 130 cases of pregnancy women requirements of abortion were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,65 cases of each.The observation group in the 12h before abortion was given mifepristone 50mg,2 hours fasting before and after medication;The control group did not take before surgery mifepristone,only routine abortion.Observed of the analgesic effect of 2 groups,cervical softening and dilatation,operative time and blood loss.Results The total effective rates of analgesic and the fine in observation group were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Less blood loss of the observation group,the operation time shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Mifepristone for abortion,to fully improve the degree of cervical relaxation,reduce operating time,and no significant adverse reactions,can be clinical application.
