摘要
文章以贵州安顺地区野生密蒙花为原料,分别提取其干花、干叶精油,并应用GC/MS/DS技术,在干叶精油中共检出48种物质,鉴定38种,其主要成分由醇、酸、烷等三类化合物构成,涉及化合物共22种,次要成分由酮、醛、醚等三类化合物构成,涉及化合物共11种。在干花精油中共检出34种物质,并全部鉴定,其主要成分由醇类化合物构成,涉及化合物共18种,次要成分由醚、酮、酸、醛、烷等五类化合物构成,涉及化合物共14种。结果表明,由于花、叶处于植株的不同部位,生理作用各不相同,故所得精油的挥发性成分有较大的差异;此外,与大多数巳知的植物精油相比,密蒙花精油中酯类化合物的品种及含量均很低,这是其鲜花香气浓郁但欠柔和的重要原因。
By applying the GC/MS/DS technique,we have extracted 48 kinds of substances from the dry flower essential oil,dry leaves of flos offcinalis in Anshun Prefecture of Guizhou province,and 38 kinds of them were tested and studied in dry leaves essential oil,of which the major components are composed of chemical compounds of alcholo,acid and alkane,concerning 23 sorts of chemical compounds and the minor components are composed of chemical compounds of ketone,aldehyde and ether,concerning 10 sorts of chemical compounds.34 kinds of substances were tested and studied in dry flower essential oil,of which the major component are composed of chemical compounds of alcholo and alkane,concerning 18 kinds of chemical compounds,and the minor components are composed of chemical compounds of ketone,acid and aldehyde,concerning 13 sorts of chemical compounds.The results indicate that there are considerable differences in volatility composition between flower essential oil and leaves essential oil as a result of different physicological action due to their different positions on the plant.In addition,compared to the most of the known plant essential oil,the strains and content of chemical compounds of ester in Flos Buddlejae are very low,which can account for its rich but not soft perfume.
